To use ECRI Institute's e-Learn, your computer should:

1. Use Windows Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher as your web browser.
2. Have JavaScript enabled.
3. Have pop-up blockers turned off.
4. Use Adobe Reader 7.0 or higher.
5. Use Adobe Reader Flash Player 10.
6. Disable your Google toolbar.

Not sure if your computer settings need to be changed? No problem! Follow these easy steps to be sure your settings are correct:


Check what browser you're using by reading the top left corner of your computer screen. Click here to download Windows Internet Explorer for free. If you already have it loaded on your computer, the website will detect this and tell you.

1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
2. Choose 'Internet Options'.

3. Click on the 'Security' tab.
4. Click on 'Custom Level'.

5. Scroll down until you see the section labeled 'Scripting'.
6. Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' and click OK.
   
   Screenshot 4: Scroll down toward the bottom of the menu to access Scripting settings. Remember to hit Okay after you've selected Enable.
   
   

1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
2. Scroll down to 'Pop-up Blocker' and click on 'Turn off pop-up blocker'.
